What we collect

When you submit an application, we collect contact information, basic background details about your situation, and any supporting documents you choose to upload. We only collect what is necessary to assess your request.

How it is stored

Personal data and uploaded documents are stored in an access-controlled database. Documents live in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Only the applicant and trained program staff can view files attached to an application.

Who can see it

  • You can view your own applications when signed in.
  • Program officers can access applications they are reviewing.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

Decision making

Every application is reviewed by a human program officer. No automated system makes funding decisions. You will be notified if more information is needed, and again when a decision is reached.

Withdrawal & deletion

You can request deletion of your application and associated documents at any time by contacting us. We retain summary records of approved disbursements for accountability and audit purposes.

What we will never do

  • We will never ask you to pay a fee to receive assistance.
  • We will never ask for passwords, banking PINs, or one-time codes.
  • We will never claim affiliation with public figures, celebrities, or government agencies who are not formally part of this foundation.
